Below is one of my first formal observation evaluations recorded by my education professor at the beginning of my student teaching. I was evaluated on the components of the Danielson's The Framework For Teaching model as I taught the Open Court Reading Blending Board.
My formal observation evaluation falls under "4a Reflecting on Teaching" because it provides specific notes and examples supporting the observational judgments of my lesson. The recorded notes are evidence of the decisions I made in both the planning and implementations of my lesson. I used this observational evaluation to reflect and make adjustments to my teaching to improve student learning. Please click below to view my observational evaluation.
